What's the difference between monthly and time packs?
Monthly subscriptions renew automatically each month and can be cancelled anytime from your iPhone Settings. Time packs are one-time purchases for 1, 3, or 6 months — no automatic renewal, no recurring charges.
What's the difference between Admin and Gatekeeper?
Admin is for site managers who need to create projects, enable sharing, and invite gatekeepers. Gatekeeper is for operatives at the gate who join shared projects to conduct inspections. Both roles can raise NCRs and generate reports.
What's included in the Pro plan?
Pro includes everything in Admin, plus the Delivery Management System. This gives you an online booking portal for your supply chain, a real-time delivery dashboard, booking approval workflows, carbon and mileage tracking, delivery reports, daily email summaries, and configurable time windows.

Do my subcontractors need a subscription to book deliveries?
No. Your supply chain books deliveries through a free web portal — you just share a link or project code. Only the site manager running the project needs a Pro subscription.
Can I switch between Admin and Gatekeeper?
Yes. Your plan determines your role. If your responsibilities change, simply purchase the appropriate plan. Any remaining time on your current plan will continue until it expires.
What happens when my plan expires?
Your inspection data and PDF reports remain on your device and in iCloud Drive. You'll no longer be able to conduct new inspections until you renew, but you can still view and export existing data.
Can I get a refund?
All purchases are processed through Apple. For refund requests, contact Apple Support through the App Store or reportaproblem.apple.com.
Do I need an internet connection?
You can conduct inspections offline. DVLA lookups, route calculations, cloud sync, and NCR emails will complete automatically when your connection is restored.
